Breastfeeding at Full Circle is proud to announce its Corporate Lactation Program.  By providing this innovative program for your employees, your company will be among Westchester’s most advanced in supplying working mothers with information and support.  Moreover, you will be abiding by the federal law that supports breastfeeding in the workplace.  We offer a variety of packages that will fulfill your company’s needs and garner your employees’ appreciation.  As part of our Corporate Lactation Program, your company will be recognized in the local media as a Breastfeeding Friendly Employer on a national data base that is available to the public.

We offer three packages of support:

Full Circle Package

Breastfeeding at Full Circle will provide the following:

• Breastfeeding classes at your company’s location. Our dedicated and experienced Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultants (IBCLCs) will come to your office and teach “Breastfeeding101” and “Returning to Work and Pumping” classes in a Lunch and Learn format.
• IBCLCs will be available to your company in setting up a Lactation Room. They are able to
  interpret the New York State Law that allows a mother to express breastmilk while at work
  without any discrimination.
• Access to our IBCLCs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by telephone. If the IBCLC feels that
  additional follow-up care is necessary, she will make the appropriate calls to the family.
• Ameda breast pumps for your employees at a subsidized rate.
• Information on other local resources available to the working breastfeeding mother in the event that she needs to be seen by an IBCLC in her own locality.  A situation such as this may result in an out-of-pocket expense for your employee.

Half Circle Package

This level of support will reduce absenteeism among mothers and fathers who may need to go home to sick children. Your employees will be able to focus on their work with fewer interruptions,  ultimately increasing morale and promoting loyalty.
